Measuring Your Wrist & Ankle

Step 1: Printing ruler
Click File then Print command. Your printer settings should appear. Choose the page handling section to ensure the Scale option is set to None. Now you can print and use the tape measure provided in this document.
Step 2: Measure your wrist
Make sure that you wrap the measuring tape around your wrist bone so that it makes contact all the way around. Measure tightly - this will be your size for adjustable bracelets; consider your size ~0.25"-0.50" inch larger in the case of stretchy bracelets.

Step 2: Measure your ankle
Make sure that you wrap the measuring tape just above your ankle bone so that it makes contact all the way around. Measure tightly and consider your size ~0.25"-0.50" inch larger.
